We are pleased to address you to let you know about the measures we are taking at Hotel Agua Escondida. The safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our priority.
- We have developed protocols and adhere to the hygiene and cleanliness measures laid down by the health authorities. We make the necessary adaptations in our facilities, develop new operating processes and continuously evaluate the application of these.
HYGIENIC MEASURES OF PREVENTION AGAINST COVID-19
Delivery and reception of the car

In the Hotel facilities you can find sanitizing stations where you will have antibacterial gel, sanitizer, mouth mask.
Mandatory Use of Mouthguards
According to state public health guidelines, the use of face masks on staff and guests is mandatory.
